The Hotel Pra Tlusel is only a few minutes' walk from the Col Raiser cable car, which takes you to the starting point of many hiking routes. At the mountain station you will find a breathtaking panoramic view of the Odle Mountains, Stevia and Sella Group, the Sassolungo Group, the Sciliar and the Pic Mountain. The Seceda Alpine meadows and varied high-altitude hiking paths can also be reached easily from the Col Raiser mountain station.
It's not only hikers who will have a great time in Val Gardena too - there is a wide variety of sporting activities on offer to meet your every desire. Mountaineers can choose to follow various fixed-aid climbs or marked routes in the footsteps of Luis Trenker. Mountain bikers can choose from a range of trails, and of course there are many other activities on offer such as Nordic walking, swimming, tennis, paragliding and more.

Enjoy a winter of fun in the skiing region of Val Gardena and have a sporting holiday in the Dolomites

Val Gardena is a leisure paradise, and even in the winter offers a range of sporting activities to suit everybody. In Val Gardena alone there are 175 km of slopes, offering everything from beginner-friendly to challenging. A single ski pass gives you access to the entire Dolomiti Superski area around the Sella, with an incredible 1,220 km of well-prepared slopes. This is high-level skiing and snowboarding.
As a guest at the Hotel Pra Tlusel, you'll be right at the heart of the Val Gardena skiing paradise. Just a 15-minute trip in a skibus takes you from our door to the Col Raiser cable car, within easy reach of the Seceda and with the whole of the Val Gardena skiing region at your feet. The underground connection to the Ciampinoi lifts, giving quick and easy access to the Sellaronda, is also at the Col Raiser valley station. And the best of it is that after a busy day of skiing in the Dolomites, you and your skis end up right back at the hotel easily. A practice slope with a T-bar, suitable for beginners, is located right in front of the hotel, where you can warm up.
A wide network of cross-country trails such as those on the Alpe di Siusi and on Monte Pana makes the hears of enthusiastic skiiers beat faster. Ski tours, ski freeriding, tobogganing, ice skating, winter and snowshoe hikes are also on offer.
